Through our strategic alliance partner Better Dads, led by Rick Johnson, Advisory Board member, you can be connected to an outstanding organization that provides mentoring to men in the areas of fatherhood, marriage, building strong families, and realizing their personal best.

Dr. Jonathan Herbert, Executive Director for Member Services, is responsible for defining the individual member experience, managing the services portfolio, and ensuring that all individual members are naturally and spiritually enriched through their interaction with the Men’s Empowerment Network.

Dr. Steven Patterson, Executive Director, Head of U.S. Operations, is responsible for organization member programs involving churches, universities, and public schools across North America.  Under his leadership, churches reach out to the Men’s Empowerment Network to obtain assistance with the development of their Men’s Ministry, male mentoring programs, and community outreach services.

Additionally, Dr. Steven Patterson is building a First Responder Capability for the Men’s Empowerment Network to provide resources in response to a humanitarian crisis.  Our First Responder Capability will initially channel resources as needed within the Americas and the continent of Africa.  He works closely with our international team to identify NGOs and other international organizations for meeting the needs of people at risk.

We’re also establishing business relationships whereby our members can experience discounts in their purchase of goods and services.  Our goal is to increase the purchasing power of our members which leave them with additional capital to save, invest, and eliminate debt.  Targeted services for member discounts include insurance (auto, health, life), home mortgages, automobile loans, travel  & hospitality discounts, and product purchases.

Dr. Naquan Bryant, MBA,  Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, is the executive liaison to the international business community responsible for structuring partner programs, member affiliate services, and corporate sponsorships.

It has been studied, documented, and commonly understood that boys and men across the globe are being challenged on a variety of fronts.  An inability for men to effectively overcome these challenges can lead to feelings of inadequacy, depression, domestic violence,  and civil disobedience.

If these life-impacting challenges are handled inappropriately through a lack of awareness and bad decisions, they can potentially undermine an individual’s effectiveness, sabotage their future, and cause them to live a life of mediocrity beneath their natural and spiritual privilege.

Why should they be at risk?

An experience with the penal system, becoming a teenage dad, dropping out of school, using drugs, or engaging in criminal activity are not rites of passage to becoming a real man.  A real man in any society has vision, purpose, character and adds value to their family and the society at large.

Without a conscious and sustainable effort to ensure that boys and men do not become a negative social statistic, they remain at risk.

The Men’s Empowerment Network (M.E.N) offers a strategic and viable solution for you.

We distinguish and pride ourselves on our commitment to the personal and professional success of all of our participating members regardless of race, creed, color, ethnicity or religious affiliation.
