ThomasMcBride Dr. Thomas McBride is known for his passion for people and education.  In 1984 Dr. McBride attended the Pacific Coast Bible College and received a Bachelor’s Degree. In 1987 he completed his Master’s Degree in Theology. In the year of 2000, Dr. McBride earned a Doctorate Degree in Theology from the Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College. In 2009, he earned a Doctorate Degree in Religious Education.  Because of his passion for education, GOD enabled Dr. McBride and his wife Mary Elizabeth McBride, to establish a private Christian School, Eliezer Christian Academy (K-12), which has been in operation for over 20 years.Dr. McBride has helped more than three dozen churches establish private schools and extension colleges, as well as helped schools already established to become accredited.  He currently serves as a board member for the Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible college, has been the Pastor of the Gethsemane Gospel Lighthouse Church in Sacramento, California for over 30 years, and serves as Bishop for the State of Washington, C.O.O.J.C.

Dr. McBride’s work in Christian education, pastoral counseling, and theology has positively-affected youth and adults across the United States and Canada.

Paul Sohn photo Paul Sohn is an organizational change and management specialist, intentional leader, and Christ-centered mind molder. He currently serves at The Boeing Company in the Lean function, providing expertise in process improvement, change management, and employee engagement. He also serves as an organizational consultant and Board Director at the Portland Leadership Foundation. Paul is an active writer and blogs at Salt&Light (www.paulsohn.org) on the topics of intentional living, personal growth, leadership, and the Christian life. He is writing his forthcoming book on how to live intentionally as a twenty-something. Paul received a Bachelor of Commerce degree at University of British Columbia. Above all, Paul’s vision is to turn the world upside down by equipping, connecting, and transforming millions of emerging Christian leaders and organizations into kingdom-minded influencers of this world. He serves as an advisory member to the international team for the organization’s expansion into Asia (Korea, Singapore, Japan, India, and China) as well as across the United States.

Johnson is the founder of Better Dads (www.betterdads.net) and is a sought after speaker at many large parenting and marriage conferences across the United States and Canada.  He is the bestselling author of many books: That’s My Girl: How a Father’s Love Protects and Empowers His Daughter; That’s My SonThat’s My Teenage SonBetter Dads, Stronger Sons; and Becoming Your Spouse’s Better Half.Rick speaks at many large conferences across the US and Canada and is a popular keynote speaker at men’s and women’s retreats and conferences on parenting and marriage.He is a nationally recognized expert in several areas having been asked to deliver papers at venues such as the 2007 County of Los Angeles Child Abuse Prevention Conference and the 2008 State of New York Fatherhood Conference.Prior to becoming a bestselling author and speaker, Rick was a small business owner for 16 years, owning and operating an environmental engineering firm.He attended George Fox University receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Organizational Leadership, and has a Masters Degree in Education from Concordia University. Dave Palmer Dave Palmer is the Regional Sales Director for Datric, Inc., a premier provider of data integration and collaboration solutions specializing in SAP and MPP Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions.  The firm is recognized as one of the leading consulting firms to engage for business intelligence consulting. Dave has over thirty years’ experience in consultative solution selling.   He has a proven sales track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas for Memorex Corporation, EMC, Hewlett-Packard, and Dell.   He carries a working knowledge of enterprise IT servers, data storage, virtualization, business continuity, disaster recovery, hosting and co-locations services, end user computing, business intelligence, and decision support.   He has a strong reputation for sales team leadership and building lasting customer relationships.Dave and his wife Patti of thirty seven years, live in New Freedom, Pennsylvania, and have three children, with their first two granddaughters “on the way”. They enjoy working with young men and women and have hosted youth groups in their home for over 15 years, watching several of the youth marry and have children. Today, these couples continue to “Group” with Dave and Patti in their home, fellowshipping as often as God leads. Dave and Patti initiated their interests for young men and women as Sunday school teachers at York Christian Fellowship, York, PA.    Dave was an Elder at York Christian Fellowship and Chairman of the Council of Ministries at Trinity Methodist Church, New Freedom, Pennsylvania.Dave has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland, in Business and Finance.  He has attended the George Washington University, completing graduate level studies in Management Science.
Melchior Springer photo Melchior H. Springer is the Pastor Of Vision Pentecostal Church in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn, NY. He served as a Minister of the Church since 2003, and assumed the position of Pastor in April 2011.  Melchior is a man of integrity, vision, and purpose.  He is the consummate servant leader, highly anointed to teach and preach the Word of God.  He is well known for his faithfulness and commitment to defend the gospel of Jesus Christ.Melchior is also the Managing Director of Zion Partners, LLC., a real estate investment company which was established in 2004. His prior work experience includes fourteen years as a business consultant with a major pension fund manager, and three years as a management consultant with a major consulting firm.  Melchior received his MBA from Columbia University Business School in 1982, and his B.A. from Columbia College in 1978.  He will serve as an advisory member to the international team for the organization’s expansion into the Caribbean and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
 Mike Mazza Michael P. Mazza serves in an executive advisory role as the Global Chief Technology Officer for the Men’s Empowerment Network, responsible for global IT planning, strategy, portfolio management, risk management,  infrastructure operations, and business continuity. He will chair the Technology Governance Committee for the Men’s Empowerment Network and be supported by regional Technology Officers located in the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Africa.Currently, Michael leads Infrastructure Architecture Governance for Morgan Stanley.  With over twenty years of experience in the IT industry, Michael has provided vision, eBusiness leadership, operational excellence, business-technology architecture alignment and consulting for enterprises and SMBs across multiple industry verticals, especially Financial Services.  A dedicated father of two who has been “giving back” to the community since his teenage years in the Bronx, Michael believes that the true measure of a man is how quickly he can respond to the needs of others and how much of himself he can give.
 Edward Marable Edward B. Marable, Jr. is a trial and appellate attorney who specializes in advocacy on behalf of abused and neglected children.  Ed is currently a member of the City Council in his hometown of Orange, New Jersey and is a past president of that body.  He also works as a training consultant with the New Jersey Child Welfare Training Partnership (NJCWTP), administered through Montclair State University.  He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Family Assistance Resource Center, Inc., which provides clothing, food, furniture and financial assistance to families in need.  Ed and his wife, Rev. Eyesha, are active internationally in liturgical dance ministry and marriage ministry.  Ed received a B.A. from Gettysburg College and earned a Juris Doctorate from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
